TED Talk Tuesday: How to Make Hard Choices

I thought I'd give this a go. Anyone who's read this blog for a while shouldn't be surprised that I'm a HUGE fan of TED Talks. Their mission to spread ideas and share stories is one of the few things that is genuinely making the world a better place.

Te first TED Talk I want to share comes from philosopher Ruth Chang. She talks about why we find it so hard to make big life choices and how we can approach them in future to make them less daunting.

  1. Great TED talk! I have a hard time with hard choices. This puts things in perspective. I really need to stop letting the world write me :(
I like listening to these. I used to listen to the podcast back when my ipod actually worked.

  2. I love TED talks to! This one is great!

Hillman Curtis has great shorts of artists talking about their work as well. It sucks that he passed away 2 summers ago from cancer. I show many videos in my class. If you like TED you may like Curtis' videos as well. http://hillmancurtis.com/ go to his Artist Series section. That's the section I like anyhow.
